You want slots, you want a city that never sleeps, and you want a bonus that doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to get a few free spins. That’s the promise of ny spins – a casino that launched in 2016 with a clear identity: New York energy, Pragmatic Play slots, and a welcome package that skips the wagering nonsense on free spin winnings. I’ve been through the whole thing, from the deposit to the live chat, and here’s what actually matters.
The Welcome Bonus – No Wagering, Just Spins
Most casinos bury you in 35x wagering on free spin winnings. NYSpins doesn’t. Deposit £25 or more, opt in, and you get 20 free spins per day for seven days across seven different Pragmatic Play games – Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Bonanza, Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter, and others. The spins are valued at 10p each, and any winnings go straight to your real-money balance. No wagering. The catch? You have to log in every day to claim that day’s spins, or they’re forfeited. And the max win per day is £100. Still, for a free-spin offer, this is cleaner than most.
Game Selection – Slots First, Live Casino Second
With “spins” in the name, you’d hope the slot library delivers. It does. NYSpins partners with top-tier providers – Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Stakelogic – so the graphics, RTPs, and features are solid. You’ll find Megaways, progressive jackpots, and a “Most Popular” tab that actually shows what’s trending. The only frustration: you can’t filter by volatility or provider, so casual browsing means scrolling through rows of titles. But the search bar works well if you know what you want.
The live casino is a secondary act, but a good one. Evolution’s game shows (Crazy Time, Monopoly Live) are here, plus classic tables from Pragmatic Play Live and Stakelogic. The lobby lacks detailed stake filters, so you might scroll a bit to find a low-limit roulette table. Still, the streaming is smooth, dealers are professional, and it’s available 24/7.

Signing Up – The Four Steps
- Visit NYSpins and click register.
- Enter your full name, address, phone number, and choose a username and password.
- Verify your identity by uploading documents through the KYC portal (you can also deposit first, but verification will happen before any withdrawal).
- Deposit at least £25 to unlock the welcome spins. The minimum deposit for the bonus is higher than average, but the no-wagering deal makes it worth it.
Payments, Support, and the Fine Print
Deposits and withdrawals are instant, but there’s a 72-hour processing period before funds actually leave the casino. One annoying detail: if you try to withdraw before wagering at least the total of your deposits, NYSpins may charge a 5% admin fee (or £5, whichever is higher). That fee is shown clearly on the withdrawal page before you confirm, so it’s not hidden – just annoying if you’re a casual player who deposits and wins quickly. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by method.
Customer support is 24/7 via live chat and email. The one catch: you need to make a deposit before you can access live chat. That’s restrictive for a first-time visitor who just wants to ask a question. Once you’re in, responses are fast – within a couple of minutes. The FAQ section covers most basics.
Responsible Gambling Tools

- Set loss limits to cap how much you can lose.
- Add session reminders to track playing time.
- Use self-exclusion (temporary or permanent) if needed.

Final Takeaway
NYSpins is a slot-first casino with a genuinely good no-wagering welcome bonus and a solid collection of live games. The lack of provider filters, a deposit requirement for live chat, and the potential admin fee on early withdrawals are real downsides. But if you’re a slots player who wants a clean interface, reliable payouts, and a bonus that doesn’t make you play through your winnings three times, this is one of the better options in the UK market. Just remember to claim your spins daily – or they’re gone.
